Elizabeth gives a fascinating talk on her own path to publication, which began with her novel ‘The Wild Hunt’ in 1990 and includes converting the script of ‘First Knight’ starring Sean Connery and Richard Gere, into a novel.

Elizabeth Chadwick is a bestselling British author of meticulously researched medieval historical fiction. She has been praised by the Historical Novel Society as one of the best in her field. Debuting with The Wild Hunt (1990), which won a Betty Trask Award, she is known for works on figures like William Marshal, the Bigod family, and Eleanor of Aquitaine. Her novels have been translated into 16+ languages and blend historical accuracy with vivid storytelling.
