Anna McLuckie is a Scottish singer, songwriter and Clàrsach player. Raised on classical and traditional music, Anna’s writing draws on her musical beginnings and also takes influence from her love of popular music and more experimental sounds. Her music sits in a world of contemporary folklore; her songs are layered with interweaving harmonies, story-led lyricism and free-form structures. We love the way Anna's gorgeous vocals float through her songs like a butterfly on a breeze. Her songwriting ties folk music back to the natural world, and her effervescent live performances linger with audiences long after the show comes to a close.
Joining Anna as support for this show are singer-songwriters Zoe Cure and Lily Clarkson. Both artists have blown us away both on record and in their live performances over the last year - join us for this very special gig that will showcase some of the best new folk songwriting in the UK.
We employ a tiered ticketing scheme at our events, supporting accessible live music for all. Alongside our standard ticket price, we have a cheaper ticket available for those on a lower income - no questions asked. Equally, if you feel you are able to afford to spend a little more on your ticket, we offer a higher-income option, which helps support both this scheme and the artists themselves.
