We are so excited to be back at the grove for our 26/27 event series gigs @ the grove.A series designed to give up and coming bands the paid gig recognition they deserve in order to help springboard them into the limelight. (Dm us on Instagram @trent_music_collective if you want to get involved in this series be you a solo, duo or full band)
Our first gig of the academic year is on the 7th october.
Featuring Blu Syrup (@blusyrupband) and Wigz (@wigzwasmyidea) this gig marks Cherry Stone's (@cherrystone.band) first headline gig in Nottingham.
Cherry Stone are a 4 piece Nottingham based band made up of the lead vocalist and frontman Cody-Marie, Cody Taylor on guitar, Oliver Cureton also on Guitar and Kian Cuddy on drums. The band love to explore genres like pop, rock and punk, their influences are bands like the Interrupters, Paramore and also Hot Mulligan. Vocally they have a very chill vibe with influences of mainly pop with a vast vocal range and experimental sounds. Cherry Stone were formed in 2022 when the young musicians met at college where they were encouraged to get out there and tell their story; turn that dream into a reality.

Venue toilets are in a block just around the corner from the main room and are open throughout every gig, signposted outside the venue on A -frame blackboards.

Stage ramp available if requested in advance. Green room for artists and staff only is upstairs.
Limited seating available with a view of the stage (request on arrival).
