It was an emotionally charged evening. Not something I will forget in a hurry.

An evening of very moving passages sprinkled with surprises from some great musicians. The host was very good and the message crystal clear - hats off #AmosTrust and hopefully an end and new beginning for Palestine can happen.

Fantastic fundraiser organised by The Amos Trust for Palestine. Spoken word and live performances from eclectic talents, particularly noteworthy sets from Beth Rowley, Foy Vance, Nadine Shah and Mogwai. Heartfelt and emotional words from Brian Eno, Maxine Peak, David Holmes and more especially enhanced by the Palestinian guests themselves. Excellent use of visual video content which brought the messages home even more if at all possible. No political grandstanding, just simple, powerful words. Special and essential.
