We went to see Alabama 3 in Brighton. They were brilliant. I think they were on stage for almost 2 hours. The venue at the Concord 2 was great too. Can’t wait to book tickets to see them again 😁

The title says it all. They were brilliant from start to finish. There were little touches of class, like introducing the support act, that show what a quality act they are.

I've been a follower of Alabama 3 for nearly 25 years and have seen them evolve into probably the best live act around today. Be it in a forest playing in an acoustic set or in a chapel or in this case at Epic Studios in Norwich, their energy is addictive.

Alabama 3 are a genre-defying collective from Brixton, London, best known for their unique fusion of country, blues, and acid house. Formed in the mid-1990s, they rose to fame with their debut album Exile on Coldharbour Lane (1997), featuring the iconic track “Woke Up This Morning,” which became globally renowned as the theme song for The Sopranos. Their music is an intoxicating blend of storytelling and grooves, laced with sharp social commentary and delivered with a sly sense of humour. Other standout albums include La Peste (2000) and Outlaw (2005), which continue to showcase their ability to blur genre lines effortlessly.
Known for their high-energy live shows, Alabama 3 have graced stages at Glastonbury Festival and Brixton Academy, delivering unforgettable performances that bring together ravers, rockers, and everyone in between. The band’s subversive spirit and commitment to defying expectations have earned them a devoted fanbase in the UK and beyond. Whether headlining a festival or playing a sweaty club gig, Alabama 3 consistently bring the party with their infectious rhythms and rebellious charm.
