Absolute class. Emotional. Faultless. Good interaction with the audience. Loved the fact that they also involved both support acts, who were both excellent. I was on my feet as soon as they’d finished, which is not usual - standing ovation from all. Have supported/seen them from the start of their career. This was my favourite gig of theirs. They just get better & better. One of the best live acts out there. Put my wife & I down for every tour!! 😁👍🎶

Amber Run, Cambridge Junction, Cambridge - 3rd October 2017
Amber Run are a British indie rock band celebrated for their emotive soundscapes and deeply resonant lyrics.
Formed in Nottingham, the band gained early attention with their debut album, 5AM (2015), which featured standout tracks like "I Found" and "Spark." Their sophomore release, For a Moment, I Was Lost (2017), marked a raw and introspective turn, while Philophobia (2019) showcased their ability to balance vulnerability with soaring melodies. Their latest album, How to Be Human (2023), further demonstrates their growth and versatility as artists. Comprising of frontman/guitarist Joe Keogh, bassist Tomas Sperring and keyboard player Henry Wyeth, they have managed not just to continue but to thrive on their own terms through making music together.
Amber Run are renowned for their captivating live performances, which have taken them to iconic UK venues like London’s Roundhouse and Manchester’s Albert Hall. They’ve also made memorable festival appearances at Reading & Leeds and Barn on the Farm, where their powerful sound and intimate lyrics have left a lasting impression. With their passionate delivery and heartfelt storytelling, Amber Run continue to forge a deep connection with fans around the world.
