Bridge City Sinners are an American folk-punk band from Portland, Oregon, known for their dark, high-energy blend of bluegrass, punk and Americana. Formed in 2016, the group quickly gained attention for their raw acoustic sound, combining banjo, upright bass and fast-paced rhythms with themes inspired by gothic storytelling, murder ballads and outlaw folklore. Their releases, including Here’s to the Devil (2018) and Unholy Hymns (2021), helped establish the band as a standout name within the modern folk-punk scene.

Renowned for their intense and theatrical live performances, Bridge City Sinners have toured extensively across the US and Europe, building a dedicated global following along the way. Their music balances dark humour and gritty storytelling with infectious energy, creating a sound that feels both traditional and rebellious. With later releases including In the Age of Doubt (2023), the band continue to expand their audience while staying true to their distinctive underground roots.
