Dr Feelgood, The International, Leicester - 16th November 2025
Yet another brilliant gig with Dr Feelgood , great entertainment from start to finish from one of the best live bands touring today . A band to definitely see at any opportunity you get . A first time visit for ourselves to the International venue in Leicester , very different to what we are used to , with chairs and tables , probably for the better for [including myself ] a mainly older audience . Smart , clean and tidy friendly smallish venue with great sound , hope to visit again in the future .

Nine Below and the Feelgoods delivered an unbelievable concert, full of energy and talent. Great value for money as we got to see 2 of the best at what they do.

Nine Below Zero + Dr Feelgood, The Drill, Lincoln - 20th February 2026
Being a wheelchair user I'm often apprehensive when attending events. From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience at The Drill watching Dr Feelgood & Nine Below Zero! It was a non seated event and Jamie took me to the other side of the barriers, nearly touching the stage. Both groups were faultless and I'm not sure at times if the instruments were playing them! They also looked like they were having as much fun as we were. The connection between both bands and the audience was so infectious, I went back in time. Thank you for a great evening and for making me feel included.

Nine Below Zero + Dr Feelgood, The Drill, Lincoln - 20th February 2026
Dr. Feelgood are a British pub rock band formed in 1971 in Canvey Island, Essex. The original lineup featured lead vocalist and harmonica player Lee Brilleaux, guitarist Wilko Johnson, bassist John B. "Sparko" Sparks, and drummer John "The Big Figure" Martin. They were renowned for their energetic performances and distinctive rhythm and blues sound, with Johnson's choppy guitar style at the forefront.
Their debut album, Down by the Jetty (1974), was followed by the live recording Stupidity (1976), which reached the UK Albums Chart. However, internal tensions led to Johnson's departure in 1977, with Gypie Mayo replacing him. Despite lineup changes, including the exit of Sparks and Martin in 1982, Dr. Feelgood continued to tour and record, achieving their only UK Top 10 hit with "Milk and Alcohol" in 1979. The band faced a significant loss with Brilleaux's death in 1994 but reunited in 1995, with Robert Kane taking over as lead vocalist. They continue to perform, with their latest release, Damn Right I Do, recorded live in Germany in May 2024.
