Great show

Loved Gogol Bordello - third time I’ve seen them and they never disappoint. The energy is incredible.

Gogol Bordello, Electric Ballroom, London - 31st October 2025

Great performance, Sound tech awful

Gogol bordello put on another amazing show. However I'm not sure what the sound tech had been smoking. Rock city - sort it out!

Gogol Bordello, Rock City, Nottingham - 30th October 2025

Unforgettable Performance

Gogol Bordello are beyond brilliant. I don't think I have seen a more energetic bunch of performers. Eugene was sensational and every member of the band contributed 100%. Go and see them!

Gogol Bordello, The LCR, UEA, Norwich - 10th December 2023

Gogol Bordello is a globally renowned band that blends gypsy punk with various other genres, including rock, punk, reggae, and klezmer. Formed in New York City in 1999 by Eugene Hütz, a charismatic frontman and immigrant from Ukraine, the band quickly gained a reputation for their high-energy performances and eclectic, multicultural sound. Their music often combines traditional Eastern European melodies with the intensity of punk rock, creating a vibrant and rebellious fusion that reflects Hütz’s own eclectic upbringing and experiences as an immigrant.

The band’s breakthrough came with the release of Gypsy Punks: Underdog World Strike (2005), which introduced their signature sound and included the widely popular track "Start Wearing Purple." Their subsequent albums, including Super Taranta! (2007) and Trans-Continental Hustle (2010), solidified their place in the alternative music scene, with tracks that blend political commentary, personal stories, and themes of immigration, identity, and resistance.

Gogol Bordello’s live shows are legendary, often described as raucous, joyful, and cathartic experiences that celebrate diversity, freedom, and the spirit of rebellion. Their music, characterised by the use of violin, accordion, and other folk instruments alongside electric guitars and drums, creates an atmosphere that is both festive and anarchic. Over the years, they have toured extensively, playing festivals and venues worldwide, earning a loyal fanbase and influencing a wide range of artists across genres.
