Most enjoyable
Unfortunately, due to the dreadful weather we didn't visit as many venues as we would have liked but the ones we did visit we thoroughly enjoyed; the artists were all highly entertaining. Look forward to doing it again.

Amazing atmosphere and performances
First time attending Hockley Hustle and I had a blast, would definitely go again! The atmosphere and vibe was really fun, hearing all the music coming from each venue, seeing street performances and decorations gave it such a nice feel and camaraderie. We saw Dusty 4 Track at The Carousel and they were amazing! I don't know if I just didn't read the information beforehand or it isn't well documented but we didn't know where to pick up wristbands, and then were told the cutoff time for picking up wristbands was 9pm, which I didn't know. Some venues carry on performances until the early hours of the morning, so maybe a 10-11pm cutoff would be better, but I understand if not. All in all, I'd definitely go to Hockley Hustle again and recommend it to anyone, a true Nottingham staple of music, culture and our great city and people!

Eclectic mix of artists at some great venues
Archie and the Astronauts stole the show and stood head and shoulders above the rest, definitely deserve to succeed

The biggest ever Hockley Hustle will be an inspiring showcase of Nottingham’s music scene!
The epic all dayer has a packed programme of 350 acts showcasing the huge amount of talent and diversity of Nottingham’s live music scene including hotly tipped artists from BBC Introducing, a special Hustle line up at Broadway and loads of genre spanning stages put together by local promoters spread across 40 venues.
Jazz, drum & bass, poetry, soul, house, folk, hip hop, reggae and funk all find a place in this inclusive annual event that raises tens of thousands for local charities. Along with street entertainment, the famous silent disco, samba parades, magic acts, circus performers, graffiti artists and a collaboration with Nottingham Street Food, this homegrown, independent festival run with the help of a whole army of volunteers has come to represent the very best of Nottingham.
