Kiss Facility is the multidisciplinary duo of Mayah Alkhateri and Salvador Navarrete, whose work spans sound, image and performance. Blending shoegaze, experimental pop and immersive storytelling, the pair create music rooted in spiritual enquiry, exploring themes of identity, intimacy, ritual, protection and transformation. Through a combination of submerged vocal melodies, dense guitar textures and evocative lyricism, Kiss Facility craft atmospheric worlds that feel both deeply personal and strikingly otherworldly.
Their debut album, KHAZNA, marks a bold new chapter for the duo. Named after the Arabic word for a safe, vault or treasury, the record explores what is hidden, protected and ultimately revealed. Weaving Arabic lyricism into the language of modern shoegaze, KHAZNA examines love, liberation and lived experience through rich soundscapes and emotional depth. Created in the shared space of their home and creative partnership, the album showcases Kiss Facility's singular artistic vision, establishing them as one of the most innovative and compelling new voices in alternative music.
