L.A. Guns embody the ultimate all-American hard rock sound, distilling the hard-drinking, sleaze-soaked spirit of the Sunset Strip into scorching riffs, searing lead guitar and high-octane energy. Formed in 1983, the band emerged from the heart of Los Angeles’ glam metal explosion, combining raw attitude with undeniable hooks to create a sound built for loud rooms and wild nights. Their music captures the danger and decadence of the era while remaining rooted in classic hard rock swagger and explosive live performance.
Across their career, L.A. Guns have released plenty of studio albums, including the gold-certified L.A. Guns and Cocked & Loaded, the latter earning a place in Rolling Stone’s 50 Greatest Hair Metal Albums of All Time. Led by founding guitarist Tracii Guns, who has also formed supergroups Contraband and Brides of Destruction, the band have remained a formidable live force for decades.
