Best Gig Yet
Spike and the band were on top form last night. Best i've heard him in a long time. Great venue, great sound. Thanks Saltbox and The Quireboys. Bring on the next tour x

Great Night
The band were great, super performances by all. The only let down was the venue, it's a shame they didn't book a better venue as the setup was a bit amateur for such a good band.

The Quireboys are a British rock band known for their bluesy, good-time rock 'n' roll, blending elements of classic rock, hard rock, and glam. Formed in London in the mid-1980s, they quickly gained a reputation for their raucous live shows and a sound heavily influenced by acts like The Faces, The Rolling Stones, and Mott the Hoople.
Their debut album, A Bit of What You Fancy (1990), was a commercial success, featuring fan-favourite tracks like "7 O’Clock" and "Hey You," which showcased their signature mix of raspy vocals, swaggering riffs, and piano-driven melodies. Despite the rise of grunge in the early ‘90s slowing their momentum, The Quireboys persisted, maintaining a dedicated following and releasing a steady stream of albums over the decades, including Beautiful Curse (2013) and Amazing Disgrace (2019).
The band has seen various lineup changes over the years but has remained true to its roots, delivering heartfelt, blues-soaked rock with anthemic choruses and a timeless sense of fun. With an enduring legacy in UK rock, The Quireboys continue to tour and record, bringing their unmistakable sound to new generations of fans.
