Great performance.

Great performance in this re-enactment of the original. It was full to the rafters.

Great show!

This was really fun! Lots of people dancing & reliving this great album. Sound was good in the venue.

Blown away

These guys were fantastic. I went to the show as I was curious how they would recreate an iconic performance and I was not disappointed. Full marks all round and waiting patiently on an opportunity to see them again

Stop Making Sense Live, Electric Ballroom, London - 28th February 2026

On 19th October 1984 Talking Heads and Jonathan Demme released the greatest concert movie of all time. Slippery People set out to recreate the magic of one of the most beloved bands and events in music history.

Expect pulsating basslines, big suits, wild synths and some extra special surprises. The band of 10 members will play all of the Talking Heads songs featured in the film. From ‘Psycho Killer’ to ‘Burning Down The House’ to ‘Once In A Lifetime’ and everything in between.

They have a tape they’d like to play for you. And everyone is getting involved.
