Courettes at The Hairy Dog
Courettes. Worth seeing if you like surf/west coast garage/rock and roll. Drummer and guitarist who are very good at what they do. I would probably go again. Rave reviews from friends at Rebellion last week.

Bringing Saturday night to Tuesday
A little bit garage, a little bit PowerPop sprinkled with a fuzzy Spector dust. This Danish/Brazilian power duo fought the Tuesday blues and ridiculous summer temperatures to bring a tightly wound in-yer-face performance that frankly deserves bigger audiences. Easily one of the best live bands touring at the moment.
