The Moonlandingz , Chalk, Brighton - 13th July 2017
An electrifying experience. Out of this world. The Moonlandingz energy makes Hinckley C redundant. I just wanted them to do the whole set again immediately. And if Andy Warhol were still alive Alex Sebley would be part of The Factory. Contrary and inspired, he deserves attention. Nice venue.

The Moonlandingz , The Bullingdon, Oxford - 19th April 2017
The Moonlandingz are the chaotic, genre-blurring supergroup that emerged from the cosmic depths of the UK’s alternative scene. Originally conceived as a fictional band within the world of Eccentronic Research Council’s concept album Johnny Rocket, Narcissist & Music Machine… I’m Your Biggest Fan (2015), the project quickly took on a life of its own, morphing into a flesh-and-blood outfit fronted by Lias Saoudi of Fat White Family.
Their debut album, Interplanetary Class Classics (2017), was a delirious collision of glam rock, post-punk, and cosmic psychedelia, featuring production from Sean Lennon and guest appearances from the likes of Yoko Ono and Randy Jones of Village People. Tracks like "Black Hanz" and "Vessels" captured their unhinged energy, fusing seedy synths, scuzzy guitars, and surreal storytelling into something entirely unique.
A band that thrives on pushing boundaries, The Moonlandingz deliver an intoxicating mix of satire, hedonism, and sonic mayhem, making them one of the most unpredictable forces in modern alternative music.
