The Wytches, The Bunkhouse, Swansea - 10th October 2025

Good venue, great music

I liked the small nature of the venue with its wide stage which gave clear views of the bands. The sound was very good. I really enjoyed the music especially the local support band.

The Wytches, The Maze, Nottingham - 24th March 2018

The Wytches are a psychedelic rock trio from Peterborough known for their dark, surf-infused art rock sound. Formed in 2011, the band features guitarist and vocalist Kristian Bell, bassist Daniel Rumsey and drummer Gianni Honey. Their early work quickly established them as one of the most distinctive acts on the UK underground scene, drawing comparisons to the likes of The Horrors and The Cramps for their raw energy and unsettling atmosphere.

Their debut album Annabel Dream Reader (2014) introduced their fuzzy, lo-fi aesthetic, while All Your Happy Life (2016) saw them broaden their sonic palette with richer textures and sharper songwriting. Their third record Three Mile Ditch (2020) continued this evolution, blending heavy riffs with dreamlike melodies and introspective themes. Known for their intense live shows, The Wytches have earned a devoted following through their uncompromising sound and creative vision.
