Lovely calm and inclusive
I have an oxygenator and found the teachers welcoming and encouraging. More people with disabilities should try it. Particularly in such an atmospheric setting.

Relaxing in beautiful surroundings
Yoga at Newstead Newstead Abbey is absolutely wonderful. Myself and my friend really enjoyed the experience. Our yoga teacher Sonna is very professional and approachable. The setting is perfect. We enjoyed walking around the spectacular grounds and using the tea room too.

Great yoga practice
Yoga instructor was really good with her instructions, gave different options for beginners to advanced for each move and made the class really fun and interesting. Weather was good so class practiced outside which was another bonus too
