Newstead Abbey outdoor yoga
Lovely scenery, lovely hot day lovely lady who did the yoga? Very much recommended especially for summer.

Amazing sessions. Very well thought out, with extremely attentive instructors. Always feel refreshed afterwards.

Relaxing in beautiful surroundings
Yoga at Newstead Newstead Abbey is absolutely wonderful. Myself and my friend really enjoyed the experience. Our yoga teacher Sonna is very professional and approachable. The setting is perfect. We enjoyed walking around the spectacular grounds and using the tea room too.

Great yoga practice
Yoga instructor was really good with her instructions, gave different options for beginners to advanced for each move and made the class really fun and interesting. Weather was good so class practiced outside which was another bonus too

Bliss and harmony
We have really enjoyed the yoga at Newstead. It's in a perfect location and hopefully if the weather improves we can do some outdoor yoga in the beautiful garden. Sonna is a fabulous yoga teacher and we gave really connected with her warm and friendly personality. It's lovely to be able to walk around the beautiful gardens and enjoy the tea room too.
