I absolutely loved the gig. Mixture of old bangers and new music from their Ad Astra album. These guys seriously know how to play and perform. Would definitely go and watch them again.

Ash, Oh Yeah Centre, Belfast - 29th January 2024
Ash were amazing, great fun. The Marble Factory sound was super loud but the bass was way too much, someone asleep on the sound mixing board I guess….

Ash, The Venue, Derby - 20th August 2019
Ash are a Northern Irish rock band known for their infectious blend of alternative rock, pop-punk and power-pop. Formed in Downpatrick in 1992 while still in their teens, the trio quickly broke through with their debut album 1977 (1996), which featured standout tracks including “Girl From Mars”, “Goldfinger” and “Kung Fu”. The album became a defining release of the Britpop era, establishing Ash as one of the UK and Ireland’s most exciting young bands.
Renowned for their energetic live performances, Ash have toured extensively across the UK and internationally, appearing at major festivals including Glastonbury and Reading & Leeds. Across a career spanning more than three decades, the band have continued to evolve through releases such as Free All Angels (2001), featuring the hit single “Shining Light”, and Islands (2018). With their melodic hooks, fast-paced guitar sound and enduring live reputation, Ash remain one of the most beloved bands to emerge from the 1990s alternative rock scene.
