Amazing festival.
Focus Wales is our favourite festival. All the venues are very close to each other. The wide range of bands from all over the world means you'll always find something you'll enjoy. We enjoyed all the artists we saw. KyoYoko from China were our favourite band of the festival and they are now our favourite new band.

FOCUS Wales is an annual new music showcase event for the Welsh Music Industry.
Their core work centres around the delivery of their international multi-venue showcase festival taking place in Wrexham each year, which places the music industry spotlight firmly on the emerging talent that Wales has to offer the world, alongside a selection of the best new acts from across the globe.
There’s no place like Wrexham during FOCUS Wales, as they showcase 250+ artists from across the world, fill out a variety of spaces and music venues, using 20 stages, and hosting a full schedule of interactive industry sessions, arts events, and film screenings, throughout the festival.
Previous FOCUS Wales performers include Wales' own indie favourites Catfish & The Bottlemen, alt-pop sensation Self Esteem, art-rockers Squid, as well as Getdown Services, Echo & The Bunnymen, Bob Vylan, and many, many more.
