Mason Hill, The Garage, Glasgow - 22nd March 2026
It was great to see Mason Hill back on stage again. They absolutely smashed it. They were so good I had to go to see them again on the Friday. An awesome band.

Great to see the lads back on a stage, Tom, the new singer fits in really well, the new songs went down really well even though we had not heard them before. The old song were just fantastic to hear them live again. If your thinking of checking Mason Hill out ....Don't hesitate they really are on top of the game πΈπΈπΈπΈπΈπΈ

Mason Hill were great. They rocked the socks off the Academy. The new singer fits in well and sounds good, his twist on a couple of the old songs was decent and the new songs we've heard so far have a slightly heavier sound but have been awesome to hear live - cant wait for the release of the full album π

Mason Hill are a Glasgow-based rock band who have spent over a decade building a reputation for huge riffs, soaring choruses and arena-sized modern rock. Formed in 2013, they released their self-titled debut EP Mason Hill in 2015 before setting out on the long, hard-won road towards their first full-length record.
That album, Against The Wall (2021), proved well worth the wait, crashing into the UK albums chart at number 19 and topping the UK rock and metal chart — a rare feat for a British debut, and all the more remarkable for arriving during the pandemic. Fronted by vocalist Tom Ward alongside founder and guitarist James Bird, guitarist Marc Montgomery, bassist Matthew Ward and drummer Craig McFetridge, the band have grown into a genuine force on the UK rock circuit, with appearances including Wales' Steelhouse Festival. Built on heartfelt melodies and heavyweight dynamics, Mason Hill are a group who turn hard graft into big, defiant anthems and know exactly how to win over a crowd.
