Unforgettable performance

Amazing band at a great venue
Peat and Diesel were amazing again as usual. They are always worth going to see anywhere. This was the 4th time we have seen them but the first time we have been to Waterloo music bar in Blackpool. Great venue with good accoustics and drinks are reasonable prices too. Jess Silk Good support act as well.

Peat & Diesel is a Scottish folk rock band formed in 2019,hailing from the Outer Hebrides.
Known for their infectious energy and captivating storytelling, the band combines traditional Scottish folk music with contemporary rock influences. The lineup includes frontman and guitarist Ewan McLennan, bassist and vocalist Uisdean O’Donnachie, and drummer and percussionist Matthew Halls.
Their music features catchy melodies, toe-tapping rhythms, and lyrics that celebrate Scottish culture, everyday life, and the beauty of their island home. Peat & Diesel gained widespread recognition with their debut album, Between the Sun and the Moon (2020), which showcased their unique sound and heartfelt lyrics.
Their follow-up album, Live in the Bar (2021), captured the spirit of their lively performances, further solidifying their reputation as one of the rising stars in the Scottish folk scene.
