Fabulous birthday treat
Booked this as a special birthday treat for 9 year old .From the moment she stepped through the doors her eyes lit up and continued to do so for the next few hours . It’s a pink paradise so beautifully decorated and attention to detail . Every member of staff made it feel like you were a VIP and special mention to Emmie on reception who was exactly what a front of house needs .Nothing was tacky and throughout the experience the little girls got to do some fun games . We had booked for the cafe as we had travelled a long way and thought it would be easier and really thought it would be just run of the mill food . How wrong we were quality ingredients and extremely tasty with large choice . The mystery bags were priced well which meant my granddaughter could use her birthday money and was excited to see the gifts inside . Can’t fault it at all ..

A lovely experience
We were greeted by two fantastic security guards who were very entertaining — even on TikTok to prove it! When we first entered, we were a little unsure what to do as there was one member of staff at the desk on the phone with a customer. We waited for around five minutes and still weren’t sure where to go, and we were standing near a stock/staff door so felt we were in the way. We decided to walk past and were then challenged by a member of staff who came across as quite abrupt. However, this was resolved very quickly. After that, the rest of the experience was lovely. Some areas of the shops felt a little small due to the number of people, but that was expected. The overall look and layout of the store were beautiful — we loved all the added extras like the displays, dancing, and music. The girls found everything they needed and really enjoyed making their perfume and opening the drawer. Paying for the items was well organised, and the photos and memories we made are fab. We would definitely recommend the whole experience.

Fabulous
My 15 year old daughter and 6 year old grandaughter loved it although I think I loved it more I wanted everything the girls were very spoilt

Enjoyable morning
After I left I wanted to leave a review because the overwhelming feeling I had when I left was how wonderful the staff were. I engaged with about 6/7 members of staff on the day and every single one offered excellent customer service. Incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. The girls had a great morning..would have been good if they had WiFi as couldn’t receive calls or messages or post to social media whilst there. But overall food was good, decor 10/10 and staff fantastic
