Self Esteem, Albert Hall, Manchester - 1st March 2023
Great performer - not just a singer. Real effort was put into the production. You could feel it was a group effort. The costumes and choreography were great. And you could see how well the support were appreciated by the lead.

Best gig I’ve seen for ages. Rebecca is like the indie Madonna and her and the band put on a truly engaging and entertaining show

Self Esteem, YES, Manchester - 14th March 2019
Self Esteem is the musical project of Rebecca Lucy Taylor, a British singer-songwriter and producer whose unique blend of pop, electronic, and indie music has garnered widespread acclaim. With a sound that fuses introspective lyrics, bold production, and empowering themes, Taylor explores topics such as self-worth, personal growth, and relationship dynamics. Her approach to pop music is refreshingly honest, raw, and confident, which has led her to be recognised as one of the most distinctive voices in the UK music scene.
Her debut album, Compliments Please (2019), was met with critical praise for its innovative production and introspective lyrics, setting the stage for her next project, Prioritise Pleasure (2021), which propelled her into the mainstream spotlight. The album featured standout tracks like "I Do This All The Time" and "The 345", cementing her reputation as a fearless and unapologetically authentic artist. With a reputation for powerful live shows and a growing fanbase, Self Esteem continues to push boundaries, offering music that is not only sonically engaging but also deeply empowering for listeners.
