Great venue, great staff, great night!
Battle of the bands - too much went on to review here - Loads of fun! The band Mission Nowhere were our favourite (In a completely unbiased way you understand!) but Nerve Agents the rightful winners overall - well done everyone!

Saw some great bands in brilliant company
St Mary's is welcoming and comfy with great ticket prices. The line up of bands aiming to reach the final was excellent - judges must have had a tough choice to make. Enjoyed Zoltar most, - was a bit surprised Dusk didn't go through, too, particularly given the quality of their original song, and really enjoyed the musicianship of Silver Haze. We're lucky to have such a great venue for new music on our doorstep.

St Mary’s Chambers Battle of the Bands, St Mary's Chambers, Rossendale - 24th August 2024
Come and join us as we host our very first Battle of the Bands competition here at St Mary’s Chambers.
Local bands of all genre’s will battle it out live on our stage over three heats for a place in our final with a £500 cash prize at stake and runners up prizes, it’s guaranteed to be an exciting competition showcasing some of the best local talent there is with guest Judges and a great night in store.
The first heat will feature the following fantastic acts :-
The Broadband Duo, Feng-Shui, Headcase, Twisted Joker, Kings of Counterfeit , F3int
The Staggs, Shoehorn
So join us and support local talent as they battle it out for a place in the final.
