Formed in Scranton, Pennsylvania in 2006 and now based in Philadelphia, the Menzingers have spent two decades turning the ordinary stuff of life — love, regret, growing up and getting older — into some of punk rock's most singable anthems. The four-piece of Greg Barnett, Tom May, Eric Keen and Joe Godino built their name the hard way, through relentless touring and a run of records that struck a chord with fans the world over.
Their breakthrough came with 2012's On the Impossible Past, which topped year-end lists and cemented their reputation for big hooks and bigger hearts. Later albums After the Party (2017), Hello Exile (2019) and Some of It Was True (2023) deepened that connection. Their eighth studio album, Everything I Ever Saw (2026), arrived as they marked 20 years together and reunited them with Grammy-winning producer and longtime collaborator Will Yip, drawing the band back to the raw, collaborative spark of their early days. On record and on stage, the Menzingers remain a band that writes for the crowd — passionate, honest and impossible not to sing along to.
