Absolutely astonishing
I unfortunately missed the opening band as I had to travel hours for the show. This did not hinder the amazing two performances I saw, nor make the night any less amazing. Managed to show an American the scene and how great British metal is at the moment. The mosh pits were damaging yet extremely respectful. These bands are moving on to big things but still playing the small shows, from my perspective.

Incredible show
Employed To Serve and Conjurer put on an incredible live show. Great to see bands truly enjoying what they do! An a testament to Holy Roar for consistently signing the best in heavy music in the UK

Fusing metalcore with death metal and hardcore punk; Employed To Serve are the feracious Woking based band renowned for their intense live shows!
Formed in 2011 by original members Justine Jones and Sammy Urwin; Employed To Serve were originally signed to Holy Roar Records for the release of debut album Greyer Than You Remember (2015) and The Warmth of a Dying Sun (2017).
They were later snatched up by Spinefarm Records and subsequently brought out recent records Eternal Forward Motion (2019) and Conquering (2021) – the latter of which was listed by Loudwire in the top rock / metal albums of the year!
