Excellent as always and a great gathering of likeminded sweaty individuals!
Great to see a band with over 40 years on the road mixing the set up and playing 2/3 of their latest album along with a variety of songs from their impressive back catalogue

Strong performance, focused on the new album, Unbroken. Good crowd interaction as always. Just a pity the AXS ticketing system put off some and excluded others.

Awesome evening!
The evening started out with Amy Montgomery Band as support to New Model Army, they were utterly brilliant. Then the main event New Model Army, wow I personally think they play better live that in the studio, they were on another level. This was my first time at the 1865 in Southampton, I shall be going back again. It was a stunning performance from both bands 😊

Exellent show support act was awesome too security were really helpful and so were the management
Well organised event was blown away with the quality of the support act i was in a wheelchair so really was thankful to the securityguards who got me to the front

Visceral and vitriolic; New Model Army combine punk rock, goth and metal into one mighty punch. Formed in 1980; the Bradford band have been a major influence on the creation of grunge, with Nirvana citing them as a major influence.
Their current band members include original founder Justin Sullivan (lead vocal and guitar), Dean White (keyboards and guitar), Michael Dean (drums) and Ceri Monger (bass).
